Twas the weekend before conference and all through Dave’s blog, not a creature was stirring, not even his dog.

For the site was silent and lonely and bored, and had even forgotten where the spel cheker was storred.

Then all of a sudden from out of the mist, came a new blog post oh how it was missed!

But alas and alack for it was simply a dud and Dave’s blog let it’s expectation down with a thud.

No enlightening reparte no intelligent scribbles, just a silly poem and unitelligent drivel.

Dave’s blog sat back down on its server lightly sighing, oh well at least, thank you for trying.

My blog silence can be attributed to multiple projects at one time.

Kidsfest is tomorrow and I am studio bound finishing off tracks for the preschool album recording during the event. We are also finishing up our new BIG Curriculum ‘Supernatural’ which requires a chunk of attention.

I am eager to continue thoughts on the ‘violence in the bible’ discussion that started on this post here. So stay tuned for that!

Our first BIG curriculum was ‘Tell The World’, very evangelistic and foundational. Our second was ‘Follow You’, all about discipleship and ‘now you know Jesus’ – what do you do?

Well we are working on our 3rd curriculum right now called ‘Supernatural‘. This one is all about a lifestyle of worship.

It works right alongside our Supernatural album.

So we spent last week filming. And by last week I mean ALL of last week. From morning to night we filmed like maniacs to get it all done.

Its a great way to work, get it all done in one go… but the pressure was on and we felt it. I got grumpy a few times, but in the end we accomplished all we wanted to. Here are a few photos!

What are we looking at?

There is no release date for BIG Supernatural yet. But as soon as I can give a date I will make sure to post it on this blog.

The CMTelesummit has just started… which is true if you are reading this soon after I am writing this, but very untrue if you read this in a few days, to it’s one of those time sensitive announcements.

It’s 9:30am in the morning in the US but Midnight here in Sydney so I am out, but if you read this any time soon get on over to the sit and get a hold of the call in number.

We are once again ramping up for Hillsong Conference in July!

I love conference time each year… the air is crisp, the sun bright but ineffective, winter is all around and we all get precious little sleep as we present our annual conference to champion the cause of the local church.

Today, I wanted to let you know of the most recent developments. I am excited to share with you that Carl and Laura Lentz and their young family, are moving to New York City in the second diovan 5 mg half of this year, with the intention of becoming a key part of the Hillsong leadership team.

Carl was in my year at Hillsong Bible College and is one of the most passionate young men I have ever met. I am excited for the future of this campus!
