Nuts & Bolts – LEADERSHIP

When Paul talked about his example or leadership he said:

Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ. 1 Cor 11:1

Followship is important.

How The question should quite often be “How are you following?”, not just “How are you leading?”

This puts a huge focus on integrity and modelling a Christ-like attitude and takes away (rightly so) from personality and charisma.

Those are important qualities for sure, but not the most important.
