Robyn,

No we don't have leaders that follow kids up age groups. I have heard of that and it sounds like a great idea.

do your small group leaders follow the age group up into the grades? or do they stay in their favorite age group? i've been having conversations with adult people who had leaders that stayed with them through the ministry... it seems to have a profound affect... but currently most of ours dont move up... pondering this idea right now. would love to know what you are doing.

arguably... it takes a special person to love a preteen as much as they love a 6 yr old :) ... but what if those preteens were people you had been connected to since they were 6 years old.

just wondering.
strong message this weekend, btw... doing DEATH DEFYING this week... alongside a drama called "you're not good enough" - confusing ensues when a visiting guest only hears the pastor say "you're not good enough"... fortunately a friend comes to the rescue as she recounts the end of the story (psst. it's good news!)

happy easter excellent ones...
