Hillsong International Leadership CollegeI have never really talked about our Bible College on this blog before… so with the Feb intake coming up now is a great time to give a shout out for our awesome college…

We have thousands of students from all over the world… heaps from the U.S. some from the U.K. lots from Australia (funny that), South Africa, Norway, New Zealand…

You get the picture… there is also a Children’s Ministry Stream which you need to come to — if just for the fact that you get to hang out with me!

If that isn’t enough :) here is what the website says about the course:

Hillsong Kids, the children’s ministry of Hillsong Church, is a dynamic and exciting program for families with newborn babies to children in Year 5 at school. Students who study in this stream have the opportunity to learn from Hillsong Kids leaders and be involved in a cutting edge children’s program where the children are discipled, connected and have a whole lot of fun along the way!

Students who complete this specialisation will also complete a range of industry approved training units.

This specialisation is available at Certificate IV in Ministry and Diploma of Ministry level.

I know this isn’t the place to post this as it doesn’t have anything to do with this post but I want to say … everytime I watch a Hillsong Kids video I get hit with more and more passion for the children’s ministry. I found one video on MySpaceTV that I posted to my myspace page which … man … the ending … where the kids sing alone … hmmmmmm … my heart just pours out. I pray God continues to bless you, your family and your ministry.

Hello David Wakerley
You are truly a uniquely gifted and inspirational children’s pastor! I loved logging onto your blog to see you referring to our college. It is so encouraging to see a pastor completely passionate about his church and the ministry he is involved in! You, my friend will go a long way in advancing the mission of Jesus on the earth in this time in history! You and your wife are right at the top of my legend list! Love you guys! I took that course at college. AMAZING! And people should take it so they can hang out with Dave, although I didn’t get to hang out with him much b/c I was at different campus then him. College changed my life…it could change yours too :)
