Written by Scott Ginsberg who is the only person in the world who wears a nametag 24-7-365 (since November 2, 2000) to encourage people to become friendlier and more approachable.

Can you start conversations?

You may be the type of person who can walk into a room and engage another person in meaningful conversation, but most likely like a lot of people you find meeting new people difficult.

Our ability to pastor and care for people in our ministries can be seriously enhanced by breaking though our personal issues.

Don’t hide behind the kids, speak to the parents… engage them show them you want the best for their kids! And see your families flourish.
