Hey, great book! Larry did a fantstic job! it’s all true except the stuff about me in chapter 5. :) I’d put a link to buy the book on Kidology.org, but i dont want to look like a spammer, but it is a really great book, and i’m flattered to be a part of it – but that’s not why i like it – it is just a really refreshing way to look at leadership styles. So often we try to be like some other great leader, and miss the fact, that we are all wired differently and so should lead differently – the “LEAD THIS WAY” approach is limited. but Larry’s book gives encouragement to those leaders who have been discouraged trying to be like some other great leader they see. Dave’s right – get one today!

I haven’t read the book. But I found that I am a Production Assistant. Kinda sounds like me as long as the director is God.

Greetings from Erie, PA. I’m glad the book is blessing. This is a great blog! It’s in my “favorite places” now. I’d love to hear what leadership styles you all have.

(My senior pastor visited Hillsongs a few years ago and was bless by your ministry.)
